Immersion Week (New Residents Only)

AMERICAN RUGBY PRO - LITTLE ROCK, AR

June 1 - June 29  *2 Week Minimum

Immersion Trial Camp is 2-4 weeks of high intensity rugby geared for adult players to demonstrate their abilities and provide an opportunity to “play in” to current ARPTC summary residency player pool.

Immersion Weeks allow players of all levels to join other full-time training athletes in an environment focused on individual skills. This is an effective way for players to develop and strengthen rugby skills, get a taste for a full-time training environment, and have access to strength & conditioning, physical therapy, nutrition advice and more.

Immersion weeks are scheduled at a minimum of 2 weeks and can go up to 4 weeks.

We offer an opportunity to assess ability and entry into a full contract for the entire summer. Those not included will be given a home improvement program for future trials.

ARPTC Coaches will select only the highest caliber athletes to attend Summer Residency at the conclusion of the immersion camp.

“I think ARPTC offers a multifaceted experience for driven athletes looking to improve upon existing skills and learn new ones, alongside others with the same goals. The residency program helps prepare athletes for a full time competitive environment like the OTC.  My time at ARPTC has taught me that it’s not just about the work you put in on the field but also off the field, like in rehab, the weight room and in core. The balance between strict schedule/specific goals and supportive attitudes is perfect for athletes pursuing higher levels.” - Summer Harris-Jones
